Ken — Design Director. Trained in brand and graphic design, Ken leads aesthetics, composition, and structural strategy—bringing design discipline into preserved florals.
Tina — Head Florist. Focused on craft and QC, Tina runs the apprenticeship and sampling system so scaled production still feels studio-grade.
Timeline — Since 2016
2016 — Origins
Designers by day, material nerds by night in Shenzhen; a gallery show led us to preserved flowers—real blooms, made to last.
2018 — From Trial to Method
First limited runs and weekend workshops; we imported tonal layering, negative space, and structural safety into floristry.
2020 — System & Team
We launched a 12-month apprenticeship at 80 hours/month (≥ 960 hours total), trained and assessed under the Japanese preserved-flower system.
2022 — Repeatable Quality
A 24-point QC checklist ensures studio-grade edges and reinforcement even in scaled production.
2025 — Collaboration & Global
We partnered with Kentina Studio to co-develop a global co-branded line.
How We Work: A Studio, Not a Factory
We move deliberately—slow R&D and fewer, better releases. Each piece ships with a maker’s signature and a QC record.
Curriculum: Japanese preserved-flower standards—materials, color theory, composition, and structural reinforcement.
Final assessment: a timed 1:1 replication of a reference piece; both fidelity and stability must pass to earn an independent maker’s signature.
Materials & Sourcing
95% of our stems come from Ohchi Nursery / EARTH MATTERS (Japan), with <5% premium Chinese materials. We favor natural morphology and authentic tonal ranges.
What We Refuse to Do
No unevenly dyed, oily-glossy, cheap-looking low-grade domestic preserved heads.
No plastic or soap-based faux flowers in any piece.
No cheap adhesives; we use floral adhesives and dyes made on cosmetic-grade bases with no harsh odor.
Note: The above reflects our own material and craft standards for aesthetics and longevity. Not intended for prolonged skin contact; keep out of reach of children and pets.
QC & Structural Stability
24-point QC: incoming integrity, color variance, head selection, concealed reinforcement, dust control, and transit protection.
Each piece includes a Maker’s Card (signature, date, batch) and a photo record.
Care & Display
Display indoors in a dry, shaded, ventilated space—avoid direct sun and humidity.
No watering; gently dust by soft brush or cool air.
Lead Time & Shipping
Made-to-order: To ensure the best condition, we begin crafting after your order is confirmed.
Production: 3–5 business days.
Air-parcel delivery: 5–7 business days (varies by destination and service).
Packaging & Sustainability
We use reinforced inserts and custom cartons to minimize transit damage; paper goods are selected for recyclability. We ship in small, considered batches—never at the expense of quality.
Our Promise
We only ship work we’re proud to sign. If a piece arrives damaged or below our standards, contact us—repairs or remakes are prioritized.
