How long do they last? Do I need to water them?

Will the color fade? Can I display them outdoors?

Prolonged direct sun or high humidity may affect color and texture. Display indoors, away from moisture and strong light.

When do you start making my order? What’s the lead time?

All products are made to order. We begin after your order is confirmed. Crafting takes 3–5 business days, then delivery typically takes 5–7 business days via air-parcel.

Can I request expedited service?

What if an auxiliary material is out of stock?

Seasonal factors may cause occasional auxiliary shortages. We’ll contact you promptly via WhatsApp or service@timelessflorals.shop to confirm a same-color or near-color replacement before we proceed.

What’s your after-sales and returns policy?

Each piece is handmade and uniquely composed—minor variations in shade or petal shape are normal. We accept 7-day no-questions returns to our US/UK warehouses (we maintain US East/Mid/West return sites). Buyer covers return shipping and the item must be intact and complete. Custom pieces are final sale except for transit damage or quality issues.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please send clear photos of the outer box and the item within 48 hours via WhatsApp or email service@timelessflorals.shop with your order info. We’ll promptly provide a free replacement or refund.

Can I drip essential oils on the flowers? Can they get wet?

No. Do not apply essential oils or water to preserved florals—this will affect longevity and appearance.

How do I care for the arrangement?

Keep indoors; avoid sun, steam, and AC/heat vents. Dust gently with a soft brush or air blower. Do not spray or wipe with wet cloths.

There’s condensation under the dome/cover—what now?

Briefly lift the cover to ventilate in a dry room and wipe the inner surface with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid sealing in high humidity.

How long is shipping to the US/UK? Do you offer Adult Signature?

Typical transit is 5–7 business days via air-parcel (destination & service dependent). Adult Signature is available for high-value or fragile orders. PO Boxes may not be eligible for signature services—please provide a physical address if required.

Will I pay sales tax or VAT/duties?

US orders may include state sales tax at checkout. UK orders typically include VAT at checkout. If shipped internationally, carriers may collect duties per local rules.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Contact us within 12 hours of purchase. Once crafting or shipping has begun, changes may be limited.

We accept major cards and common digital payments. Prices default to USD/GBP based on your region; your bank may charge FX fees.
